Na wat verder zoeken zag ik dat men in plaats van amazon.com amazon.de aanraadde, je hebt daar boven de 20 euro geen verzendkosten meer.
Al een tijdje wilde ik boeken bestellen via amazon.com, op internet ben ik wat rond gaan zoeken en daar las ik dat amazon.com je nogal naait met verzendkosten, je hebt namelijk standaard 7 dollar verzendkosten, en voor elke pond moet je ook nog verzendkosten betalen!

Na wat verder zoeken zag ik dat men in plaats van amazon.com amazon.de aanraadde, je hebt daar boven de 20 euro geen verzendkosten meer, wat natuurlijk super fijn is! Ook zit je niet met het omrekenen van dollar naar euro, omdat alles daar al in euro’s staat.
Ik heb in totaal 12 boeken besteld bij amazon voor 115 euro. Er zaten 4 hardcovers bij, ik vond het dus een redelijke prijs.
Er was echter één probleem, twee boeken konden niet geleverd worden en amazon.de zei dat mijn bestelling pas verzonden zou worden als deze twee boeken weer op voorraad waren. Dat is balen natuurlijk.
Uiteindelijk hebben ze gewoon 10 boeken verzonden, want in Duitsland waren de twee boeken na een paar dagen nog steeds niet op voorraad en dus heeft amazon.co.uk de overige twee boeken besteld, deze kwamen twee dagen na de bestelling van amazon.de binnen. Een redelijke tijd dus, zeker omdat het nog met boot verzonden moet worden naar Nederland. Amazon.de heeft ook geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht, want als je bestelt bij amazon.co.uk moet je ook verzendkosten betalen en dan nog verzendposten per pond.
